- We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Defective Items: In the event of a defective or damaged product upon arrival, you may request a replacement within 3 days of receiving the item. Please provide proof of the defect or damage (e.g., photographs). Upon approval, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive an item different from your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will assess and address these cases at our discretion.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you must bear the return delivery costs.. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
